Poem: Eclipse

Eclipse - Poem

I won’t follow you, no more
I won’t bother to even think of it

To those who fears, of loosing

I dread, you bring nonsense
To the world of my dream
Where every campaignship
Isn’t about lust or wealth- it’s about love

Will someone love, without being loved

I can’t’ follow you, sorry!
I better worship my lonely world.

  1. Yunno, Moon, I heard from radio news there’s going to be moon’s eclipse which we Malaysians can see it tonight at 1.20 a.m. till around 6 a.m. The title of your poem makes me think of the real eclipse! :D

But let me see…well, does the heart sound sober?. No, you aren’t going to be totally eclipsed by something. It’s clearly said “I won’t follow you, no more”. Keep your head high and make the right choice. :)

A love poem but a sad one. As the first person writing it, you know better. Where as me, guessing and trying to comprehend in my own way. Lovely piece! :)

Right you’re- this one inspired by the news of lunar eclipse! Eclipse happens for a while and things going back to usual but may be never remain same as before! I was trying to hold the sense of it- ;)

In the end, it’s lunatic- may be! (lol)

      1. Was thinking of the temporary darkness, yunno. LOL…some believe there are lunatics when the moon’s full! That’s when the eclipse over!! LOL

  2. Oh ! So nice ! Mixed feelings with many shades in one go ! Darkness, sadness, disheartenment, anger… like a lunar eclipse, will stay for a few hours…or may be for a few days or months or more ! …but definetely will come out – full, bright and shining !

    What’s next? Eagerly waiting ! :)

    1. Omo

Brave! Catches the momenta and future- what should be the next? :)

  3. I see a lunar eclipse in my country too , btw your poem really a great poem

  4. the moon tonight like mocking laughter.

    ridicule about my loneliness tonight

    1. Omo

Ahho- try some music to ease the commendation! ;)

  5. Great poem, really touching!

    1. Omo

      Hey Tasha, thank you! :)

  6. It is sad!
    Wonderfully sad, my friend!

This losing of continuity, this sour menace of change is so actual, so real, that the heart shrink from it in dismay!

    Beautifully done!!

    1. Omo
